What you will do

• Serve as the primary link between business needs and system requirements for BAU and project change delivery.
• Conduct Oracle impact analysis and oversee change deployment according to release schedules.
• Manage monthly and annual business-critical finance system activities.
• Develop and enhance performance, processes, and controls across all finance business applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for Oracle support initiatives and change requests.
• Support continuous improvement through industry trends, best practices, and automation toolsets.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions, specifically Oracle ERP, EPBCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience working within or alongside a Finance function.
• Proficiency in PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong control mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
