Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

hirify.global provides critical infrastructure and a purpose-built software platform for the EV charging ecosystem, operating at the intersection of cleantech and fintech.

What you will do

  • Identify potential clients through calls, emails, and networking to introduce hirify.global's product offerings.
  • Shadow experienced sales members during product demos and consultative sales conversations.
  • Maintain and update the lead pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and observing negotiations to support deal closures.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors to support sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBO or HBO program in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Business Studies or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Availability for 32-40 hours per week for 6 months, starting from September 2026.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with strong presentation skills.
  • Strong interest in B2B sales and building client relationships.

Nice to have

  • Relevant coursework or project experience focused on client engagement and business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
