TL;DR
Account Manager (Fitness SaaS): Managing existing customers in the fitness industry to maximize software value and business growth with an accent on commercial relationship building and revenue expansion. Focus on identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, leading renewal conversations, and delivering tailored product demonstrations.
Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, NL). Must be based in the Netherlands and work from the Amsterdam office approximately 2 days per week.

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing fitness customers.
- Identify opportunities for platform expansion, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Lead renewal negotiations and guide opportunities through to closing.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations based on specific customer needs.
- Manage pipeline and performance using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to improve retention and reduce churn.
Requirements
- Experience in the health, sports, or fitness industry (e.g., gym manager, personal trainer).
- Deep understanding of fitness business operations (studios, gyms, trainers).
- Fluency in Dutch and English (hard requirement).
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients or members.
- Strong communication skills for phone, video, and presentations.
- Must be based in the Netherlands for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, B2B environments, or consultative selling.
- Background in account management or sales.

Hiring process
