TL;DR

Territory Sales Executive (France & Benelux): Manage and develop sales opportunities across France and Benelux regions with an accent on relationships with architects, designers, dealer partners, and hirify.global sales team. Focus on driving year-on-year sales targets, product specification through storytelling, and market share growth via opportunity management and trend analysis.

Location: Based from Paris or a major city in the Benelux region, with frequent travel throughout the territory, flexible hours including early starts, evening events, and overnight stays.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage client relationships to identify growth opportunities per territory plans.
  • Deliver year-on-year sales targets in collaboration with NaughtOne and hirify.global teams.
  • Maintain product knowledge and understand trends, competitors to support sales.
  • Capture project data in Salesforce and support account/opportunity plans.
  • Build market share through opportunity management and training sessions.
  • Attend trade events for brand awareness and relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years successful sales experience, preferably manufacturing/design sector
  • Experience executing sales plans and collaborative techniques, selling to design community.
  • Analytical skills to align client needs with products; market/competitor awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; numerate with attention to detail.
  • Methodical, ambitious, results-oriented with passion for design; ability to work independently/team.
  • Handle objections with integrity.
