What you will do

• Translate the company mission into a concrete product strategy and actionable roadmap.
• Champion the end-to-end lifecycle of SAMpeople becoming AI-enabled across the SDLC.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of high performance.
• Build commercial acumen within the product team to deliver on business goals and improve NPS.
• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts with GTM teams to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• Significant and demonstrable experience in Product Leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully managing products through high-growth phases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and technical leads.
• Ability to create clarity of direction through concrete measurable outcomes.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and leading teams through organizational change.
• Must have the right to work in the location of employment as no visa sponsorship is provided.
