What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and actionable roadmap for SAMpeople (HRIS/ATS).
• Lead the AI transformation of the product lifecycle across the SDLC.
• Manage, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Align product development with commercial strategies to drive growth and improve NPS.
• Coordinate with GTM teams to ensure successful product launches and sales enablement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Leadership and managing products through high-growth scale-up phases.
• Ability to influence C-suite executives and technical leads through excellent communication.
• Strong outcomes-based mindset with the ability to set and measure concrete KPIs.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and leading teams through organizational change.
• Must be based in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
