Director, Product Management – Digital AI Engagement

Location: Ireland, with hybrid work options and onsite collaboration available at the Galway office

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and portfolio priorities for AI-powered asynchronous engagement across messaging, email, proactive engagement, predictive engagement, and digital customer journeys.
• Partner with AI platform, product, engineering, data science, and other organizations to operationalize AI in complete customer workflows.
• Establish success measures, telemetry, instrumentation, and validation plans tied to automation participation, customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and business impact.
• Engage enterprise customers and partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to identify market needs, trends, and lighthouse opportunities.
• Present portfolio strategy, investment recommendations, and outcomes to senior leadership while influencing roadmaps across organizational boundaries.
• Build, coach, and develop a product team focused on customer outcomes, experimentation, accountability, and AI-native product management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, AI-powered software, automation platforms, or related markets.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers and product organizations.
• Experience launching AI-powered products or workflow automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI, generative AI, workflow automation, or digital customer engagement systems.
• Experience defining product strategy, success metrics, and outcome frameworks, with strong communication and executive influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI copilots, virtual agents, automation platforms, or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience operationalizing AI in enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with customer service, contact center, CRM, CX, or engagement platforms.
• Experience working across highly matrixed organizations and driving AI adoption through customer-facing products.

Hiring process

• Application review by Talent Acquisition and the hiring team.
• Zoom interview followed by meetings with the hiring manager and interview team.
