What you will do
- Define the vision and strategy for AI-powered asynchronous engagement experiences across messaging and email.
- Partner with AI platform and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into complete customer journeys.
- Establish success measures tied to automation participation and operational efficiency.
- Engage with enterprise customers to validate new AI engagement approaches and monitor market trends.
- Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to focus on AI-native product management and customer outcomes.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around a common vision for AI-powered engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or AI-powered software.
- 5+ years of experience leading product managers and product organizations.
- Demonstrated experience launching AI-powered products or workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, generative AI, or digital customer engagement systems.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI copilots, virtual agents, or agentic AI solutions.
- Familiarity with contact center, CRM, or CX engagement platforms.
- Experience driving AI adoption within complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
