What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across consumer-facing and AI-driven experiences.
• Identify and solve high-impact customer problems from discovery through launch.
• Define and monitor key product metrics including growth, retention, and monetization.
• Integrate AI tools and workflows into core product development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product organization to raise execution standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to align priorities and resolve trade-offs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada and able to work without sponsorship
• Extensive experience leading product teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong AI-native mindset with practical experience delivering AI-powered features.
• Proven ability to operate at a senior leadership level and influence business direction.
• Deep expertise in product management disciplines including roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
