What you will do

  • Lead operational initiatives to enhance accessibility, reliability, and efficiency for accommodated testing experiences.
  • Partner with product leaders to operationalize new capabilities, workflows, and policies.
  • Identify operational risks and improve processes related to accommodation data accuracy and system performance.
  • Develop and monitor business processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Analyze operational data and stakeholder feedback to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to align on priorities, risks, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as an analyst, project manager, operations specialist, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of operations management, including process design, optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Proven ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel approximately 4–6 times per year for business needs.
