Pre Assembly Process & Equipment Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive yield sustenance and continuous yield improvement initiatives.
• Monitor process performance and manage lot holds and dispositions to maintain production flow.
• Lead continuous improvement projects targeting quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Equipment teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
• Support NPI activities, including product qualification, validation, production ramp-up, and process changes for new products.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and analyze process data to address excursions and customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of semiconductor assembly and pre-assembly processes and process control.
• Experience in yield improvement, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and statistical analysis tools.
