What you will do

  • Drive yield sustenance and continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Monitor process performance and manage lot holds to ensure a smooth production flow.
  • Lead projects to enhance quality, productivity, and overall cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Equipment teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support NPI activities, including product qualification, validation, and production ramp-up.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process excursions and customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly/pre-assembly processes and process control.
  • Experience in yield improvement and process troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and statistical analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
