What you will do

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations and lead a team of 200-300 operators and shift supervisors.
• Forecast resource needs (WIP, equipment, materials) to maintain a seamless supply chain.
• Monitor production KPIs including cycle time, throughput, yield, and OEE to derive and implement action plans.
• Develop production schedules and collaborate with Supply Chain Management on capacity planning.
• Coordinate with process engineering, maintenance, and quality departments to deploy improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure shopfloor discipline, operator certification, and strict adherence to safety and quality principles.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in people management or at least 15 years in a supervisory role within the mass manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a significant advantage.
