Senior Engineer (Manufacturing Quality)

Semiconductor manufacturing organization producing and qualifying semiconductor products through structured quality and process-control systems.

What you will do

• Lead continuous-improvement projects with process, production, R&D, process engineering, and customer service teams.
• Enhance quality systems for MRB, OCAPs, SPC, lot-on-hold dispositions, and firewall gates.
• Coordinate qualification and validation of new products and process changes, including NPI and product ramp-up activities.
• Monitor in-line quality metrics and defect trends, identify risks, and escalate critical process deviations.
• Prepare and maintain Control Plans, Quality Alerts, Inspection Standards, and other quality documentation.
• Support internal and external audits and customer complaint investigations, ensuring effective corrective actions and closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with strong process knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing or process quality, customer complaints, failure analysis, and reliability assessment.
• Proficiency in SPC, process data analysis, FMEA, and structured problem-solving.
• Experience with internal audits based on IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, analytical, and risk-based thinking skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
