What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement projects and implement systemic quality strategies.
• Drive enhancements in quality systems including MRB, OCAPs, and SPC.
• Coordinate qualification and validation of new products and process changes.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with IATF 16949.
• Monitor in-line quality metrics and analyze defect trends to identify risks.
• Manage customer complaint investigations and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality processes and customer complaint handling.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
• Proficiency in SPC, process data analysis, and problem-solving tools like FMEA and 8D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
