Project Manager-BI

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work with 3 days per week from the office

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic BI and custom application projects, from planning and requirements gathering through delivery.
• Coordinate developers, clients, internal resources, external partners, and stakeholders on requirements, priorities, estimates, and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, manage resources, and track progress, performance, risks, dependencies, and changes.
• Lead meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure clear communication across distributed teams.
• Build strong client relationships and support delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of planning and/or project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, change management, and risk management.
• Experience with custom application development, SDLC, and BI projects.
• Familiarity with BI visualization tools, preferably Looker.
• Good understanding of IT project methodologies and experience working with clients, cross-functional teams, and distributed or global teams.
• Collaborative, client-focused, organized, adaptable, proactive, and growth-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
