Project Manager (Big Data & Analytics)

Location: Poland; remote or office work available, with business travel as needed.

What you will do

• Manage Data Warehouse, Data Lake, BI, and data and analytics migration projects.
• Lead cross-functional project teams of 20+ engineers and architects.
• Manage cost, scope, schedule, stakeholders, risks, quality, and fixed-price contracts.
• Guide projects from design and proof of concept through MVP and full-scale implementation.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies using tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Collaborate with technology partners including AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, and Confluent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing data-centric projects involving Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, BI solutions, or data and analytics migrations.
• High-level understanding of modern data technologies.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ engineers and managing fixed-price contracts.
• Expertise in cost, scope and schedule, stakeholder, risk, and quality management, including conflict resolution.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
