Compensation: $252,000 – $272,500 CAD annually

What you will do

• Set the enterprise product vision and multi-year strategy across the global portfolio including Ignite, Glofox, Trainerize, and Evo.
• Lead the embedded AI and agentic product strategy to improve operator outcomes and member experiences.
• Build and lead a high-performing product and UX team with accountability for hiring, coaching, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-portfolio alignment by transforming multiple product lines into a coherent platform experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Architecture, and Security leaders to define shared capabilities and API-first services.
• Represent product strategy in executive and board-level discussions to ensure alignment on business outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant product leadership experience in SaaS, platform, AI, payments, or complex multi-product environments.
• Demonstrated success setting and delivering multi-year product strategies at an executive or enterprise-wide scope.
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, platform architecture, data systems, and AI tooling.
• Track record of leading product convergence, platform transformation, or cross-product operating model change.
• Executive-level communication and influence skills to align senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading product and design leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in vertical SaaS, health/wellness technology, or workflow-heavy industries.
• Experience building or scaling AI agents, orchestration layers, or developer-facing platform capabilities.
• Experience leading product strategy for businesses with both SMB and enterprise customer segments.
• Experience shaping pricing, packaging, or commercialization models for AI or usage-based products.
