What you will do

• Develop backend services, APIs, and workflows for the AI Neobank app.
• Build infrastructure for insurance, payments, wallet, savings, and investing services.
• Design reliable systems for transactions, reconciliation, and partner integrations.
• Integrate with banks, payment gateways, and other financial data providers.
• Optimize system reliability, observability, security, and performance.
• Ensure systems are auditable and compliant with regulated financial product standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, system design, and production debugging.
• Experience building scalable services and integrating third-party systems.
• Deep understanding of security, data quality, and operational edge cases.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Ability to make practical trade-offs between speed, quality, and risk.
