Software Engineer, Deploy at Scale (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, US, or London, UK. An in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub may be required at the offer stage.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the platform powering safe, reliable, and automated deployments across hirify.global.
• Develop deployment automation and release-safety capabilities for large-scale engineering systems.
• Orchestrate progressive deployments and health-mediated rollouts through the Release Manager platform.
• Automate release workflows and improve deployment seamlessness, predictability, and observability.
• Contribute to AI-assisted operations and support planning, development, and execution of complex projects.
• Participate in on-call support outside standard working hours when technical issues arise.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience with meaningfully complex systems.
• Experience building backend systems and frontend widgets.
• Experience implementing tools, internal instrumentation, processes, and methodologies.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and short release cycles while delivering predictably.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Austin, US, or London, UK location setup.
