Senior Mortgage Loan Officer-HLC SIT (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Remote work may be available in select U.S. geographic locations with approval; the role is associated with Pennsylvania (PAH01). Work must be performed from a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace, and occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $37,440–$45,303 annually, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions to existing customers and prospective clients sourced through strategic initiative platforms.
• Manage customer relationship portfolios and identify opportunities to retain or develop clients.
• Prepare loan solutions, refer relevant products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking products, loan origination, sales, and financial analysis.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, deliver customized solutions, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to assess and manage business risks in accordance with enterprise risk management requirements.
• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience and/or completion of a formal development program; comparable education, certification, or experience may be considered.
