What you will do
- Own and grow a greenfield enterprise territory in Germany to convert net-new customers.
- Execute full-sales cycle hunter motions from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct market research, account mapping, and pipeline generation.
- Lead complex sales conversations and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Value Engineering teams to design compelling solutions.
- Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Based in Austria.
- C1 business level German language and professional business level English.
- 3+ years of proven experience in enterprise full-sales cycle or field sales.
- Strong background in new enterprise cloud software sales (hunter role).
- Demonstrated success in quota attainment and navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Stability and strong tenure in previous sales roles.
