What you will do

  • Own and grow a greenfield enterprise territory in Germany to convert net-new customers.
  • Execute full-sales cycle hunter motions from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct market research, account mapping, and pipeline generation.
  • Lead complex sales conversations and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Value Engineering teams to design compelling solutions.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Based in Austria.
  • C1 business level German language and professional business level English.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in enterprise full-sales cycle or field sales.
  • Strong background in new enterprise cloud software sales (hunter role).
  • Demonstrated success in quota attainment and navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Stability and strong tenure in previous sales roles.
