What you will do
- Manage a defined sales territory, identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Prospect for new clients via email campaigns, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage and nurture a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed ARR quotas.
- Collaborate with sales engineering and implementation teams to onboard customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing subscribers.
- Document pipeline progress and insights in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in commission-based sales and meeting ARR quotas.
- Fluency in English, German, and Polish is required.
- Must be based in Poland.
- Strong understanding of pipeline velocity and sales forecasting.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT or ERP sales.
- Sales experience specifically within the German and Polish markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
