What you will do

  • Lead and coach a POD of 6–8 Account Executives in the DACH market, ensuring at least 80% of the team hits their quota.
  • Own the revenue number through rigorous pipeline discipline and a strict weekly cadence.
  • Maintain non-negotiable standards for CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and deal-stage discipline.
  • Act as the driving force for AI adoption, enabling the team to operate AI-native to reduce administrative overhead.
  • Develop AE performance through daily coaching, gap analysis, and individual development plans.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven player-coach track record of closing deals and leading people.
  • Deep expertise in high-velocity sales mechanics, including short cycles, high volume, and funnel optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, and AI-driven prospecting tools.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Munich, Germany.
