What you will do

• Deliver successful projects in the TMT space by taking ownership of key workstreams.
• Perform sophisticated market modelling and deep-dive business plan assessments.
• Transform complex findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling client presentations.
• Manage direct relationships with client teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance professional growth and team performance.
• Contribute to firm culture and development via internal initiatives, committees, and trainings.

Requirements

• University degree (MSc or MBA) with an excellent academic record.
• Ideally at least one year of management consulting experience, preferably with TMT exposure.
• Fluency in both Italian and English (ability to communicate complex ideas effectively).
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work collaboratively in small, dynamic teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office.
