Visiting Associate (Management Consulting)

Location: Italy; hybrid work with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies

Annual base salary: EUR 29,800, pro-rated for the six-month contract

What you will do

• Contribute to consulting projects across multiple industries and functions.
• Analyze business challenges and support the design and implementation of client strategies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis for project execution.
• Work with BCG project teams, clients, C-level executives, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of client requirements within the engagement scope.

Requirements

• Master of Science or other Master's degree.
• At least six months of work experience in a structured context.
• Strong academic record, logical and analytical skills, numerical ability, and a proactive, creative attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge, including excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GenAI tools.
