What you will do

• Contribute to consulting projects across multiple industries and functional areas.
• Analyze business challenges and support the design and implementation of client strategies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support project execution.
• Prepare findings, insights, and recommendations for project teams and client stakeholders.
• Work with project teams, senior client leaders, and key decision-makers to deliver engagement requirements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master of Science or other master's degree program.
• At least three months of work experience in a structured environment.
• Strong academic record, logical and analytical skills, numerical ability, and a proactive, creative approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge, including excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GenAI tools.
