Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid model with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies

Salary: EUR 62,000–66,000 annual base salary, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading companies while maintaining oversight of technical solutions and client circumstances.
• Drive strategic IT implementation projects using agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
• Steer relevant project modules and develop tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on detailed analysis.
• Design and optimize enterprise IT architectures, custom software solutions, and sustainable digital platforms.
• Apply current market developments and technology trends to client solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline, with above-average grades.
• At least five years of relevant IT consulting experience delivering transformation and implementation projects across strategy and operations.
• Technical expertise and experience with typical end-to-end processes in ERP contexts.
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and global settings, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English are required.
