AI Tech Consultant Enterprise Solutions (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid model with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies.

Base salary: EUR 46,000–49,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading companies while considering overall technical solutions and client circumstances.
• Drive strategic IT implementation projects using agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
• Steer relevant project modules and develop tailored customer journeys based on detailed analysis and market developments.
• Design and optimize IT architectures for enterprise solutions, custom software development, and sustainable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical topics with clients.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades.
• At least four years of relevant IT consulting experience, including transformation and implementation projects across strategy and operations.
• Technical knowledge and experience with typical end-to-end ERP processes.
• Willingness to travel and work effectively in interdisciplinary and global contexts.
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English are required.
