Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies

Salary: €46,000–€49,000 annual base salary, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading companies.
• Develop projects using agile methods and modern approaches to strategic IT implementation.
• Analyze client situations and market trends, including machine learning, to design future-oriented customer journeys.
• Design and optimize IT architectures aligned with enterprise solution requirements.
• Support modern custom software development and sustainable digital solutions, including cyber resilience.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of relevant IT consulting experience.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English are required.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary and global contexts, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
