What you will do

  • Build and lead a best-in-class Enterprise and Commercial sales organization across EMEA.
  • Partner with the CRO to redefine the go-to-market strategy for European markets.
  • Drive predictable pipeline, forecasting discipline, and consistent target over-achievement.
  • Personally engage in high-value, complex enterprise deals across key EMEA markets.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top sales leadership talent across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Navigate multi-currency, multi-language, and multi-regulatory commercial environments with precision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a VP of Sales (or equivalent) with direct responsibility for the EMEA region.
  • Deep background in Unified Communications, Contact Center, or cloud communications (SaaS).
  • Experience leading other leaders across multiple international markets.
  • Ability to manage the complexity of EMEA: diverse languages, regulations, and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong financial acumen and a highly target-driven, competitive mindset.
  • Must be based in London or willing to relocate to London.
