What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise organization, including direct management of strategic sales teams and matrix leadership of supporting functions.
• Drive the sale of the IGA Solution Suite, primarily as a SaaS offering, to end users and channel partners.
• Introduce structure and rigour to the sales process, specifically regarding pipeline management and forecasting.
• Develop and present comprehensive 12-month and 3-year business plans to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to identify white-space opportunities and new logo prospects.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading sales teams within high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity organisations.
• Experience leading sales teams through a transition from on-premise to SaaS models.
• Strong ability to act as an inspirational leader while maintaining operational discipline.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
