TL;DR

VP, Field Sales - EMEA (SaaS): Scaling direct sales revenue across Enterprise and Commercial segments in the EMEA region with an accent on PLG-to-enterprise conversion and land-and-expand strategies. Focus on building a high-performance seller organization, executing C-suite strategic deals, and integrating AI into sales operating rhythms.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in or able to work from the Dublin (Ireland) or London (UK) offices, with 40-50% travel across EMEA and the Middle East.

What you will do

  • Own the single point of accountability for EMEA direct sales revenue across Enterprise and Commercial segments.
  • Convert product-led adoption (PLG) into scalable sales-led revenue.
  • Deploy land-and-expand motions including platform, solution, expansion, and renewal.
  • Design account maturity models to ensure optimal alignment between accounts and sellers.
  • Personally lead and close complex strategic deals at the executive level.
  • Build a regional team culture rooted in ownership, execution speed, and direct communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS region or business unit through a growth inflection point.
  • Experience building full-cycle seller organizations of 50+ people with codified playbooks and coaching systems.
  • Direct experience in PLG-to-enterprise environments where sales-led and product-led motions coexist.
  • Ability to integrate AI into sales operating rhythms (prospecting, forecasting, coaching) with measurable impact.
  • Executive-level credibility with experience leading complex C-suite deals.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship (sponsorship is not available for sales roles).

  • Experience operating multiple sales motion models simultaneously within one organization.
  • Ability to move at startup speed and create clarity within ambiguity.
  • Deep self-awareness and a direct, optimistic communication style.
