What you will do
- Manage, inspire, and coach New Business Account Executives to unlock potential and exceed revenue targets.
- Support complex sales cycles by guiding deal qualification, strategy, and close plans using MEDDPICC.
- Track team performance against KPIs, using data to identify improvement opportunities and drive results.
- Position the full scope of ’s platform to increase average deal size and move beyond transactional selling.
- Build strategic partnerships with customers and align solution value to customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, Business Development, and Product to ensure pipeline generation and a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading new business sales teams in SaaS or technology, ideally selling to mid-market businesses (500–1000+ employees).
- Hands-on MEDDPICC experience and ability to coach others in applying the methodology.
- Demonstrated people leadership skills to motivate and develop sales talent to exceed targets.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to inform decisions and improve team performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt sales strategy as opportunities evolve.
