What you will do
- Assist senior file handlers in progressing complex legal files.
- Analyze liability, quantum, and causation for abuse and social care claims.
- Draft correspondence and documents for clients, courts, and witnesses.
- Instruct and liaise with Counsel and external experts.
- Ensure strict compliance with court directions, timetables, and client SLAs.
- Prepare document bundles for hearings and maintain management information.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool
- Demonstrable understanding of client and colleague management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adherence to established legal guidelines and procedures.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with abuse or social care claims.
- Previous experience in personal injury law.
