What you will do

• Handle a litigated caseload of EL and PL cases.
• Assess and advise on liability and quantum.
• Devise strategies for case resolution and identify necessary evidence.

• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile corporate and insurance clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling litigated EL and PL cases valued up to £25,000.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Liverpool office (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in using case management systems and strong IT skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize a diverse workload.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
