Fast Track File Handler - EL/PL

Location: Hybrid role based primarily at the Liverpool office, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Handle a litigated caseload of employers' liability and public liability cases valued up to £25,000 under supervision.
• Build relationships with corporate and insurance clients and provide advice on liability and quantum.
• Develop resolution strategies, identify areas for investigation, and collate supporting evidence.
• Manage disclosure, prepare detailed witness statements, and proof witnesses.
• Coordinate expert evidence and collaborate with the wider legal team to deliver client services.
• Maintain compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations and relevant service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling litigated employers' liability and public liability cases valued up to £25,000.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills and experience using a case management system.
• Ability to prioritize workload with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to adapt and change to achieve strong client outcomes.
