What you will do

• Support a Lead Lawyer in managing complex, high-value injury claims from receipt to resolution.
• Analyse medical, liability, and quantum evidence to identify key issues and strategy.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, applications, and witness statements.
• Liaise with insurer clients, witnesses, and medical experts.
• Attend conferences, mediations, settlement meetings, and court hearings.
• Provide guidance and support to Legal Assistants and Paralegals.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in injury litigation (claimant or defendant background).
• Strong understanding of indemnity, liability, and quantum.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Professional communication and advocacy skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex medical issues.
• Experience calculating claim values using Ogden tables.
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer status.
