What you will do

• Support a varied caseload of multi-track personal injury matters.
• Progress personal files, initially focusing on intermediate, non-issued cases.
• Develop cases toward issued matters with structured supervision and support.
• Manage claims across the full lifecycle, from initial instruction through settlement.
• Work with experienced colleagues in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Requirements

• Fee-earning experience in personal injury or a similar litigation setting.
• Experience managing an independent caseload or assisting with litigated matters.
• Solid understanding of the litigation process; fast-track or intermediate-track experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence using case management systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to client care.
