What you will do

• Lead and coordinate technical strategies for Linked and Organised Fraud operations to provide market-leading outcomes for clients.
• Manage a caseload of complex counter-fraud cases and provide direct technical leadership to a team of handlers and assistants.
• Supervise technical quality, conduct peer reviews, and provide mentoring and training to team members.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior claims handlers at insurance clients.
• Coordinate fraud detection and disruption with industry stakeholders, regulators, and Counsel.
• Ensure team compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and achieve internal financial and KPI targets.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with necessary practice rights.
• Extensive experience handling non-delegated counter-fraud cases.
• Proven track record of supervising and progressing other legal professionals.
• Ability to analyze trends and implement innovative counter-fraud strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Bolton, UK.
