What you will do

• Define target architectures and the architectural roadmap for the Risk & Resilience domain.
• Drive platform standards, architectural principles, and an OOTB-first mindset to minimize customization.
• Lead initiatives regarding platform health, upgrade readiness, and technical debt reduction.
• Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to engineers and implementation partners.
• Balance security, compliance, and business value to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
• Prepare the platform for future innovations, including AI-driven capabilities and automation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale solutions within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities related to Risk, Security, or Resilience.
• Proven track record of driving platform transformation and platform governance.
• Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in IT operations or service management.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS (CTA or path to CTA is a plus).
• Must be based in hirify.globalen or Stockholm, Sweden.
