What you will do
- Act as the primary architect for Kinaxis Maestro, supporting end-to-end planning capabilities.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and integration mappings.
- Collaborate with BPOs, ITPOs, and external partners to ensure scalable and sustainable solution delivery.
- Evaluate system configurations, data models, and dependencies to optimize planning processes.
- Support transformation initiatives, system implementations, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing strategic objectives with technical possibilities.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree (B.Sc. or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning Systems, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and data flows.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solution designs.
- Experience working in a global environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from Lund, Sweden for this onsite role.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro.
- Background in S&OP, S&OE, or Integrated Business Planning.
- Experience with ERP systems and agile delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Product Ownership governance models.
