What you will do

• Own the architectural direction for the integration offering across on-device, network, and cloud APIs.
• Guide and influence R&D teams to publish and maintain high-quality APIs through governance and clear guidelines.
• Champion the developer experience for both internal teams and external partners.
• Align stakeholders ranging from developers to senior leadership and external customers.
• Analyze and integrate industry trends, specifically how AI is transforming developer integration offerings.
• Drive organizational change and technical improvements through influence and communication.

Requirements

• Proven ability to drive organizational change and align diverse stakeholders through communication.
• Deep strategic understanding of the role a developer offering plays in a business context.
• Experience leading technical strategy as an architect, product owner, or program manager.
• Broad understanding of the software stack in a hardware company, from embedded software to cloud integrations.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Well-formed perspective on the impact of AI on developer integration offerings.

Nice to have

• Previous experience being responsible for a public API offering.
• Hands-on software development experience within a hardware product company.
• Familiarity with Axis products and services.
