What you will do

• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures for large-scale customer programs.
• Design integrations between hirify.global Cloud, AI services, enterprise applications, and data platforms.
• Serve as the technical authority for customer engagements, leading architecture workshops and design sessions.
• Develop AI use cases including virtual agents, agent copilots, knowledge systems, and workflow automation.
• Contribute reusable assets and reference architectures while mentoring technical consultants.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting, with 3+ years focused on AI or CX platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with hirify.global Cloud or comparable CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of deploying AI-powered solutions (LLM copilots, virtual agents) in production environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and integration technologies (REST, GraphQL).
• Must be based in Sweden.
