What you will do

• Support partner sales, bids, and deal-shaping activities from an overall IT perspective.
• Design scalable partner channel architecture and ensure offerings are feasible and aligned across core systems and digital channels.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, APIs, and guiding principles for partner solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Core Systems, Digital Channels, and Data teams to bridge business development and IT.
• Act as an early architecture sparring partner for business stakeholders to create clarity before decisions are locked.

Requirements

• Senior experience in shaping digital partner or channel solutions on top of core systems and shared capabilities.
• Strong end-to-end architecture understanding across product, price, core systems, APIs, and data.
• Experience in business development, pre-sales, bid support, or deal shaping.
• BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Data Science, or equivalent work experience.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, banking, telecom, software, or consulting industries.
• Knowledge of partner ecosystems, external APIs, or platform architecture.
• Fluency in a Nordic language.
