Remote Mortgage Loan Officer (Scottsdale, AZ)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be located within 75 miles of the Scottsdale, Arizona branch. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

What you will do

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while meeting compliance requirements.
• Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with borrowers, hirify.global Preferred Agents, and local partners where applicable.
• Manage an active loan pipeline against service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Use CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently and provide consistent support by phone, email, and text.

Requirements

• Location: Must be within 75 miles of the Scottsdale, Arizona branch.
• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience, with a strong focus on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS state licenses or experience originating loans under a federal bank license.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test with Uniform State Content.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model.
• Strong consultative sales, communication, organization, pipeline management, CRM, loan origination system, and Microsoft Office skills.
