What you will do

• Develop, update, and implement Environmental Health and Safety programs, systems, intranet content, templates, training materials, and documentation.
• Support sites with EHS Management System implementation, audit preparation, and participation in the EHS Audit program.
• Drive health and safety improvements with business leaders and collaborate with Security, Crisis Management, Business Continuity IT, Real Estate, and Facilities.
• Review contractor risk assessments and method statements, develop regulatory risk assessments, and coordinate required training and inductions.
• Report and investigate incidents, determine root causes, track corrective actions, and respond to emergency incidents.
• Manage health and safety requirements for special events, including site visits, risk assessments, safety briefings, and liaison with external agencies.

Requirements

• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Life Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry.
• 5–7 years of EHS-related work experience and experience developing and delivering EHS training programs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations, develop implementation guidance, manage multiple projects, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in corporate, professional services, media, or technology environments is valued.
