EH&S Specialist

Location: Tilburg, Netherlands; onsite

What you will do

• Use proactive safety methodology and implement improvements across the production site.
• Lead the implementation of ISO 45001 certification.
• Supervise staff by assigning tasks, providing instructions, setting objectives, and monitoring schedules.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Provide ongoing direction on environmental, health, and safety objectives and monitor site progress.
• Support team leaders and shift leaders with environmental, health, and safety issues while facilitating Lean and Six Sigma improvement events.

Requirements

• Completed education in safety, environment, or a related field.
• Ideally 3+ years of experience as an EHS Specialist or in a similar role.
• Relevant experience in a production environment.
• Good command of Dutch and English is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• MVK or HVK certification.
