What you will do
- Recruit industry practitioners, hiring managers, and senior engineers from FAANG+ companies to serve as instructors.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to scale the platform's talent pool.
- Identify and engage specialists in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and System Design.
- Support the growth of a platform serving over 25,000 tech professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting.
- Ability to source and attract high-level technical candidates from top-tier tech companies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
