🎯 Requirements:
• Strong experience as a Lead Talent Acquisition
• Proven track record hiring technical, sales, leadership, and non-tech roles
• Experience leading and mentoring a TA team
• Experience building and improving recruitment processes and hiring strategy
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience working in fast-moving and partially unstructured environments
• Understanding of AI tools and modern recruiting trends
• English: Advanced+

➕ Nice to have:
• Experience in RPA industry

Remote within Europe preferred
