What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor to shape hiring strategies and long-term workforce plans.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for critical roles across Product and Business functions.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing and talent mapping strategies to engage passive top talent.
  • Optimize interview frameworks, assessment methodologies, and hiring processes to increase quality and efficiency.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and recruiting analytics to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices to ensure equitable evaluations and diverse pipelines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically supporting Product, Business, or technical organizations.
  • Proven success in partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions using data and market expertise.
  • Strong expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and sourcing passive talent.
  • Experience with modern recruiting technologies and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer technology, marketplace, or mobile-first high-growth companies.
  • Knowledge of New York compensation practices and geographic pay considerations.
