What you will do
- Headhunt top profiles for Sales, Marketing, and Support functions by proactively sourcing and identifying team needs.
- Assess applications and potential interest, manage candidate screening, and conduct pre-qualification interviews.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing coaching and sharing best practices.
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Talent Acquisition Function in a fast-growing environment.
- Prior experience in go-to-market hiring in the Tech space.
- Strong headhunting skills with the ability to pivot between volume and retained search approaches.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for challenges and hands-on work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Analytical and rigorous, with good attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly.
