What you will do

• Develop and execute the UK brand and marketing strategy to drive market penetration and distribution.
• Lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns across performance marketing, TikTok, and retail media.
• Collaborate with commercial, DTC, and influencer teams to maximize campaign impact.
• Ensure a consistent brand experience and visual identity across all D2C and retail channels.
• Track key brand metrics and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to derive actionable growth plans.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in consumer goods.
• Strong expertise in driving integrated campaigns within the UK market.
• Hands-on experience in D2C, retail media, and performance marketing.
• Over 1 year of active experience working with TikTok.
• Must be based in the UK.
