Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Glasgow, UK

What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day line management of the social media content team.
  • Serve as the editorial lead for flagship brand accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Develop and execute audience-first social strategies to drive engagement and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, production partners, and talent to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Advise on best practices and platform advances to inform creative and publishing workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience leading major brand accounts and managing the associated teams.
  • Proven track record of developing social media strategies and managing online communities.
  • Deep knowledge of Scottish culture and an understanding of hirify.global Scotland's purpose.
  • Extensive experience with editorial guidelines and reputation management for large brands.
  • Ability to translate audience behavior and analytics into strategic actionable insights.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Glasgow (Hybrid setup).
